Register today for the 2026 HBA of Greater Portland’s Professional Women in Building Retreat! Prepare to be inspired by industry leaders in the charming coastal town of Gearhart, Oregon. Nestled along the beautiful Oregon Coast, Gearhart offers stunning ocean views, peaceful beaches, and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for connecting, learning, and recharging with fellow industry professionals.

This year’s retreat takes place on Monday, October 19, and Tuesday, October 20, in Gearhart, Oregon. Join us for two days of professional development, meaningful networking, and coastal inspiration.

Programming includes a full day of inspiration and education featuring keynote speakers, multiple roundtable discussions, and valuable panel discussions at the historic McMenamins Gearhart Hotel on Tuesday. Choose to add the Welcome Reception on Monday night, pre-Retreat (limited number available), and plan to stay overnight or drive out for the day.


Network, engage, and connect with fellow women in construction in the Portland region and create long-lasting bonds. PWB members from Marion/Polk County HBA and the BIA of Clark County, WA are invited to join as well!
