Remodelers & Custom Builders: Breaking Through Regulatory Barriers in 2026

On May 14, join the RCB Council members as they lead the discussion with peers. An All-Member Happy Hour hosted by Standard TV + Appliance immediately follows this session and is included in this registration fee. 

Remodelers and custom home builders are navigating many of the same regulatory challenges slowing housing production across the region. Join Ben Hemson, the HBA’s Director of Government Affairs, for an inside look at current policy trends and a discussion on the HBA’s 2026 Housing Production Agenda.

Attendees will have the opportunity to weigh in on pressing issues, help shape advocacy priorities, and explore effective strategies for engaging with cities on remodeling and custom home building concerns.

The HBA RCB Council Peer-To-Peer Roundtable events will be held 3-4 times a year and will have limited seats. Spots will be open for a maximum of 15 builders/remodelers and 15 associates. Join the RCB Council for a first-chance registration notice to attend future events.
