Description
Get ready for the annual HBA Housing Forecast at the Oregon Convention Center. More than 500 industry professionals as well as many government officials and staff will gather for this informative breakfast program. The event covers the residential and residential-commercial housing markets, including for sale, rental, and remodel.
This year’s Housing Forecast is having a few changes to keep the program fresh and relevant. The first part of the program will feature NAHB’s Senior Economist, Dr. Robert Dietz. Dr. Dietz will be providing a refined update on both national and state economic and housing trends and forecasts. Following that, we will have a panel of industry and guest leaders representing the lending, real estate sales, development and construction markets. They will provide insights into local trends and respond to the forecast, what they are seeing coming in the year ahead, and provide thoughts on impacts and business planning.
